Flamboyant Lionfish drifting through the water

Beautiful but dangerous invaders, Red Lionfish drift through the water by gently waving their feather-like fins. These red lionfish, native to Indo-Pacific waters, come armed with venomous spines, and have invaded the Atlantic and Caribbean through the aquarium trade, in one of the most rapid marine fish invasions in history.
